What do you crave to read or learn

I have always wanted to expand my knowledge in different subjects. Earlier this year I learned many major world countries this was something I had wanted to do for many years. Something I also want to accomplish is go to a different country learn the language and stay there for a year and immerse myself in the culture. I have thought that I could go to Japan, France, and Italy. After spending some time there I might decide to stay or go back to Canada. I might even take a course in a university their while I am gone.
